We are currently unable to receive phone calls, and are working with our phone service provider to correct the situation. If you need to contact NYI, please be sure to create a ticket at https://my.nyi.net If you do not already have a HelpDesk username, you can click on the ‘Sign Up’ button at https://my.nyi.net in order to create one.
UPDATE: Phone service has been restored.
Phone issues (again)

UPDATE: As of 8 PM on Tuesday the 21st, our phone lines are again fully functioning.
NYI is experiencing phone issues, possibly due to the wet weather, and we are again unable to receive incoming phone calls. Please route all requests to our HelpDesk, located at https://my.nyi.net
We hope to have this resolved soon.

UPDATE: As of 4 PM on Friday the 18th, our phone lines are again fully functioning.
Due to issues with our the local telco which provies our phone service, we are currently unable to accept incoming phone calls. Please route all support issues to our online helpdesk, located at https://my.nyi.net. We are working with the provider and expect to have the issue resolved soon.
