During this maintenance window, preventative maintenance work will be performed on all Automatic Transfer Switches in the facility. This maintenance work will be non service impacting.

Beginning Tuesday, July 27th, the lobby level entrance for the high-rise elevator bank with access to the 21st floor will be closed. To access the 21st floor data center, please use the low-rise elevator bank. Proceed to the 12th floor and there transfer to the high-rise elevator bank. Signs will be posted to direct you to the high-rise elevator bank. The main entrance into the building will also be closed, and instead the entrance on the other (south) side of the lobby will be opened. This is expected to last through the rest of next week.

Beginning Saturday July 31st, access to the arcade from the John Street side will be blocked off, and instead you will need to access from the William and Platt Street side.

UPDATE: The work was delayed by a week; the changes in elevator access will begin on Wednesday August 4th, and the closure of the northern lobby entrance will take place on Saturday, August 7th.

Clients with equipment in NJ1 should not see any effects from this maintenance.

UPDATE: This maintenance window was rescheduled to begin at 4 AM on the morning of August 1st.

Dual attached customers and switch attached customers may experience momentary degraded performance in the form of increased latency or momentary packet loss.  Single attached customers should anticipate as much as 10 to 15 minutes of downtime.

Date: Thursday, December 17th starting at 9:00pm and lasting until 10:00pm.

This is to improve reliability of our air conditioning system. We need to shut down all CRAC units on the 6th floor . We will do everything to stabilize the room temperature. We expect no service impact with this work.
