Biometric Scanner Unit Replaced

The biometric scanner unit providing access into the main room of datacenter NY1 (21st floor of our 100 William Street location) has been replaced. Those clients who were experiencing sluggish fingerprint scans and other issues when attempting to gain access via that scanner are asked to let us know if you see any further issues.

Phone issues (again)

UPDATE:  As of 8 PM on Tuesday the 21st, our phone lines are again fully functioning.

NYI is experiencing phone issues, possibly due to the wet weather, and we are again unable to receive incoming phone calls.  Please route all requests to our HelpDesk, located at https://my.nyi.net

We hope to have this resolved soon.
