Starting at 9:00 AM EST on Monday, October 28th, 2013, the current entrance to Frontier Road will be closed permanently. The new entrance to Frontier Road will be off of Thompson Avenue / Chimney Rock Road. Please see the map below for an illustration of the new Frontier Road.

Time Warner has notified us of an outage that affects service at our 100 William Street facility. We are working with them to restore service as quickly as possible. The previously mentioned Level3 issues have been resolved, and we are now advertising routes over Level3 again. The official RFO is not available from Level3 yet, but we’ll post it here when it is available. Thank you for your patience.

We have shifted routes away from Level3 as of  9:30AM EST.  They are experiencing networking issues in the NY area and are working to resolve the problem.  We have escalated and will provide Level3’s RFO when it becomes available.
